Statement of Values
EnviroSpeak Media Inc maintains certain policies and a code of ethics to guide its employees with respect to standards of conduct expected in areas where improper activities could damage the Company's reputation and otherwise result in serious adverse consequences to the Company and to employees involved. The purpose of the code of ethics is to affirm, in a comprehensive statement, required standards of conduct and practices with respect to ethnical standards expected of employees and the company.
As a for-profit organization with a business model that redistributes pure donations and percentage of net revenue towards specific environmental causes and programs as dictated by its members, EnviroSpeak recognizes the importance of the following ethical values that will guide the actions of the company and its employees.

- We champion the importance of effective board leadership and action, and empower good governance practices throughout the organization and encourage staff initiative.
- 2. Accountability & Integrity
- EnviroSpeak Media expects accountability from both our executives and employees. We adhere to high ethical and professional standards in our work and relationships.

- EnviroSpeak Media takes great pride in ensuring transparency in financial reporting and are committed to conscientiously steward the resources entrusted to us.

- We are committed to generating real-world positive environmental change and approach problems in a practical, creative, and flexible manner.
Guiding Ethical Principles:
- Follow the law at all time
- Conflicts of interest between work and personal affairs will be reported
- Never act unethically towards other people or the environment
- Never ask someone to act unethically
- Seek assistance when put in situations of ethical dilemma
- Cooperate with any investigation of possible ethics violation
- Report ethical violations or suspected violations
Statement of Ethics
- 1. Mission
- EnviroSpeak Media was founded in 2007 and was organized as a for-profit organization to provide a green social networking platform that would encourage real-world environmental change. Given the charitable aspects of EnviroSpeak’s business model, EnviroSpeak Media enforces strict governance structures and reporting policies to ensure accountability and transparency of its finances. This mission underpins all of our organization's programs, including membership, product offerings, and services.
- 2. Professional Integrity
- EnviroSpeak Media encourages staff, management, and board members to act with honesty and openness as representatives of the organization. EnviroSpeakMedia promotes a working environment that values respect, candor, and fairness, and does so within the context of the core values listed above.
- 3. Governance
- The EnviroSpeak Media board of directors operates in partnership with our Senior Management team to set the strategic direction for the organization, as well as ensuring accountability and transparency in our finances, operations, and policies as set forth in the organization's articles of incorporation and bylaws.
- The board is expected to conduct regular reviews the business plans, activity reports, financial statements, and policies of the organization to ensure alignment with its mission and goals, as well as compliance with legal standards. The board seeks to demonstrate the principles of exceptional governance for a for-profit organization with constant financial dealings with nonprofit organizations.
- 4. Legal Compliance
- EnviroSpeak Media and its professional advisors are knowledgeable of and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- 5. Responsible Stewardship
- EnviroSpeak Media prudently manages its funds, and implements a clear distinction between the various sources of revenue. The organization will redirect a pre-determine percentage of its annual net revenue towards environmental programs and causes as identified and voted on by its members.
- 6. Openness and Disclosure
- EnviroSpeak Media provides comprehensive and timely information to the public, donors, its members, and other stakeholders, and will be responsive to all reasonable requests for information. Essential financial information about EnviroSpeak Media, such as detailed breakdown of our financial statements will be posted on www.EnviroSpeak.tv. for public consumption.
- 7. Fundraising & Revenue Sources
- EnviroSpeak Media is truthful and forthright in its allocation of funds raised through its business model. Funds made strictly as ‘Donations’ will be fully channeled to the cause that was identified by the donor. In keeping with EnviroSpeak Media’s commitment to accountability and transparency, all funds raised via the EnviroSpeak.tv social networking platform will be handled in a manner consistent with donor intent. EnviroSpeak Media appropriately acknowledges and recognizes donors for contributions received, and all solicitation materials accurately represent the organization's mission, objectives, and activities, as do related financial, organizational, and program reports.
- Advertisers will be screened to ensure appropriate fit with EnviroSpeak Media’s mission and values. EnviroSpeak Media will enforce its policy to only deal with advertisers, and merchants for the EnviroSpeak,tv store who provide eco-friendly services or products. Partners of EnviroSpeak Media are expected to meet a strict set of guidelines.
- 8. Privacy and Security
- EnviroSpeak Media recognizes the importance of maintaining the privacy of members that access its sites, and will enforce all reasonable protective security measures to ensure the protection of privacy rights of members. Personal and private information collected by EnviroSpeak will only be used for its original intended purpose.
